1. CX200 double spindle and double tool holder lathe-milling compound machine tool adopts double spindle layout, which is relatively arranged. Two groups of tool towers are arranged up and down, and the upper tool tower has Y axis. The unique dual-channel control system of the machine tool can realize the linkage machining of double spindles and four axes of double turret. The auxiliary spindle is connected with the main spindle to clamp the workpiece, and the clamping end is processed continuously to complete all the processing procedures of the workpiece.
2. It can complete the turning, drilling, milling and even grinding of some complex precision parts. Two different parts can also be turned and milled at the same time.
3. A single turret can hold up to 24 knives, which has short tool changing time and low failure rate. A variety of tools can be installed according to the needs of different processing parts.
4. The power tool configured by the machine tool can clamp the end milling cutter, disc milling cutter, drill bit and other tools, and can be installed in various installation positions such as horizontal installation, vertical installation and inclined installation, so as to facilitate the composite processing of parts from various directions.
