Performance characteristics:
This machine tool is a CNC lathe with a flat bed structure and a guide frame. It is cast with resin sand and treated with two aging treatments, which has high stability, rigidity and torsion resistance.
X-axis and Z-axis adopt high-precision linear rolling guide rails, and the lead screw adopts pre-stretching structure, which effectively improves the transmission stiffness and accuracy.
The spindle adopts a sleeve spindle unit. After the spindle fittings are strictly selected and assembled, the running-in experiment is carried out in a constant temperature environment, with high precision and good dynamic running performance.
The tool rest forms of this machine tool are knife row type and electric tool rest type.
The machine tool has compact structure, small floor space and servo spindle motor, which effectively provides high acceleration and sufficient torque.
