Performance characteristics:
This machine tool is a CNC lathe with flat bed structure and guide rail base. It adopts resin sand casting and two times aging treatment. It has high stability, rigidity and torsional resistance.
x, z axis are using high-precision linear rolling guide rail, screw adopts pre-tensile structure, effectively improve the transmission stiffness and accuracy.
The spindle adopts sleeve spindle unit. After the spindle accessories are strictly selected and assembled, the running test is done under constant temperature environment. The precision is high and the dynamic running performance is good.
The tool holder of this machine tool is row type and electric tool holder type.
The machine is compact, has a small footprint, and is equipped with a servo spindle motor, which effectively provides high acceleration and sufficient torque.
