"Fiber MOPA laser marking machine is a kind of marking equipment using MOPA fiber laser,
which has the features of adjustable pulse width, wide range of material application, high
quality of light output, and various waveform modes, etc. The MOPA fiber laser is a kind of
laser structure consisting of a laser oscillator and amplifier in cascade, and the semiconductor
laser chip generates a pulsed seed light signal driven by electric pulse to realize theindependent adjustability of output pulse width and high repetition frequency, thus providing
fine processing and low thermal effect. The MOPA fiber laser is a laser structure consisting
of a laser oscillator and amplifier in cascade, which generates a pulsed seed signal by means
of an electrically driven semiconductor laser chip. This laser marker is suitable for metal/non-
metal/plastic characters, text patterns, logo marking, 2D code marking, etc. It is mainly used
in the field of high marking precision requirements."
Features
Jabil M7 series are high power fiber lasers using direct electrical modulation of
"semiconductor lasers as the seed source (MOPA) solution, with perfect laser characteristics
and good pulse shape control ability. In contrast to Q-modulated fiber lasers, MOPA fiber
lasers have independently controllable pulse frequencies and pulse widths, and thecombination of these two laser parameters allows for constant high peak power output and a
wider range of marking substrates. In addition, the higher output power makes Q-modulated
lasers a MOPA possibility, especially for high-speed marking applications.The Jabil M8 series lasers utilize a MOPA structure with main oscillator power amplification,
which allows the pulse width and pulse frequency to be adjusted independently of each other.
While maintaining the performance of the original series, the M8 series has been optimized
for peak pulse power and beam quality, maintaining excellent beam quality under high power
operating conditions, with a maximum peak power of more than 100KW, which is especially
suitable for glass drilling and other applications with high peak power and brightness
requirements."
