With the use of tool magazine, it can realize automatic continuous milling of planes, grooves, inclined planes and various curves, as well as drilling, reaming and so on.
The spindle system selected for this machine tool is imported from professional supporting manufacturers in Taiwan Province, and all important parts have been strengthened. It adopts P4-class spindle special bearing of world-famous brand, and adopts grease lubrication. After the complete set of spindles is assembled at constant temperature, they all pass the computer balance correction and running-in test, which makes the complete set of spindles have long service life and high reliability. The three-axis guide rails of machine tools all adopt linear rolling guide rails, which makes high-speed and high-precision positioning processing possible. The lubrication system of machine tool adopts automatic centralized oil supply lubrication system, which can ensure that any lubrication part is fully lubricated.
